 If that doesn’t cut the mustard then I have listed some ‘need to knows’ below along with some questions that we are asked frequently. 


Picky Bits is an independent, experienced professional catering company with a food hygiene rating of 5.  

A registered business with Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, fully insured, with public liability and Level 2 Food Hygiene training. We practise the highest level of cleanliness food safety methods. We are a member of NCASS.  

How do I book?

Once you have had a nosey through our website gathered all of the information you need you then need to fill in our booking form. Make sure you tell us everything we need to know including any special or dietary requirements.  

You can also book quickly & efficiently through our online shop.


Do you create custom or themed boxes and platters?

Custom and themed box prices start from £75. Please contact us directly to enquire & we can start working on creating your bespoke request for you. 


Do you make kids boxes

We can sometimes create kids party food boxes as part of a larger order. Please email us directly to enquire. 


Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within approximately 5 miles of our HQ in Epsom & hope to expand in the future. You can find all available postcodes on our booking form. 


Can you post Picky Bits products?

At the moment we do not offer any postal options but hope to soon

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes of course we can cater to almost any dietary need. While some of our boxes aren’t completely changeable we can recommend what would be best for you. 

Do you offer refunds?

How much notice do you need?

Our most frequently asked question & probably the most difficult to answerWe try to squeeze everyone if we can but we also have no idea how quickly certain days will get booked up. It’s always worth asking us for a last minute request but our suggestion is to book early to avoid disappointment.  



Having always practised the highest standard of cleanliness, washing our hands, wearing gloves protecting your food was really nothing new to us. We have a new & improved daily cleaning schedule have implemented strict procedures involving any staff absences.  Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to remain open keep us all safe, well & most importantly fed!  

As it stands we are not currently creating buffet set ups for groups.
