Platters should be kept chilled ahead of consumption and buns must be consumed on same day as collection. In keeping with food safety guidelines, food must be consumed within four hours of collection, unless you are refrigerating the platters yourself. We would recommend removing the platters from the fridge 20/30 minutes before consumption.
