Platters should be kept chilled ahead of consumption and enjoyed within 24 hours of collection. In keeping with food safety guidelines, food must be consumed within four hours of collection, unless you are refrigerating the platters yourself. We would recommend removing the platters from the fridge 20/30 minutes before consumption.
